Mr Maksymiw’s news w/c 29th April

Dear Parents,
Welcome back to school after the Easter break. I hope you managed to enjoy some of the amazing weather we had over the Easter weekend. Mr Daley has been busy with contractors improving the school environment and you may notice some of the changes when you come to school. The main thing that you will notice is the improved or additional fencing around school. There is now a two metre high fence at the corner of the building stretching in front of the bike shed. There is also one behind the school between the golf course boundary hedge and the wall of the children’s cooking kitchen. The gates at both these locations will be locked at 9.15am and then reopened at 3pm. This will mean that the children are safer within the school, the playground and field during these times.
If you come to a meeting at school or you want to drop your child off between 9.15am and 3pm then please come to the school office. One of the team will either let you in to the school site or help your child make their way to the classroom.
I hope this helps to clarify the new arrangements.
Mark Maksymiw (Headteacher)
