I wanted to remind everyone about the simple school uniform we ask the children to wear. It consists of a blue sweatshirt or cardigan with the school’s logo on with a white polo shirt underneath. Boys should wear grey or black trousers or shorts and girls can wear trousers, a dress or a skirt of the same colour. Please note, leggings are not part of our uniform. We ask the children to wear a uniform because it makes it easier for parents and it makes sure that what the children wear does not become a competition to see who can wear the latest or most expensive clothes. I spoke to the children in Key Stage 2 on Friday about our uniform and I told them that I will be looking out to make sure that everyone is wearing it. Unfortunately, last week I was disappointed to see a number of children wearing their own choice of clothes instead of our simple uniform. Please can you help to ensure that your child(ren) has all the items they need each day. Thank you.
