We hope that you never have cause to complain about our provision and practice at Outwoods Edge. However, we understand that, on occasion, concerns may arise. If this happens, please find our Complaints Policy and Procedure in our policies section of this website. 

It is in everyone’s interest that concerns and complaints are resolved at the earliest possible stage. Many issues can be resolved informally, without the need to use the formal stages of the complaints procedure. If you have a concern about school which you would like to discuss, please contact the school office so that they can direct you to the correct person in the first instance.
