Dear Parents and Carers,

It is a real privilege to welcome you to Outwoods Edge Primary School. My name is Matthew Peet, and having been Headteacher here for over a year, I feel proud to be part of such a vibrant, supportive, and ambitious school community.

Outwoods Edge continues to thrive thanks to the dedication of our staff and the strong partnerships we enjoy with families. I am fortunate to work alongside Mr Chris Severyn, our Deputy Headteacher, and Mrs Lisa Williams, our Assistant Headteacher, as well as an exceptionally committed team who always put the children at the heart of everything we do. Together, we strive to make Outwoods Edge a place where every child feels happy, inspired, and supported in both their learning and personal development.

Situated on the edge of the beautiful Outwoods, our school provides a unique learning environment that values diversity and celebrates the individuality of every pupil and family. Inclusivity, respect, and kindness remain at the heart of our ethos, ensuring that Outwoods Edge is a place where everyone belongs and is valued.
